Appointment and Retainer is required for ALL services.
Your retainer will be applied to your balance after services are received.
More than 15 minutes late will be an automatic cancellation and your card will be charged the full appointment amount.
A schedule can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on henna services, gift certificates, or retail items. Your experience is important to us. Please read all service descriptions to choose what’s right for you.
